It was a pleasant stay.

Bathroom was clean. It had a shower cap and shampoos. The room was clean but small and it was very hot all the time.

Random person knocked on my door at night. I didn’t feel safe.

Nice bedroom and clean bathroom

It’s so far away from the center with no public transport nearby. The reception also was a little weird. There is no inside lock of the door and no key holes.

A big disappointment. Will certainly advise all to stay away .

Location was good. Breakfast was decent.

-- Extremely poor service. -- They say that they speak your language. Very difficult to find a soul who was able to understand simple English. -- Just one person on the Check In counter who kept saying 'No English...No English' -- Telephone dead in the room. Not repaired even after requests. -- Just 1 electric socket in the room and that too not working. -- No wi-fi signal at all. -- Asked for tea from room service. Was provided only milk & hot water. May be they expect their guests to carry their own tea & sugar. -- List is endless. I will anyways be wasting my time as they said that they cant do anything about the issues. They could only provide 15% off as compensation. Money was not on our wish list. Comfortable stay was. And unfortunately, that didn't happen.

Old hotel, I suppose sometime was nice, clearly that time has gone

Clean and nice space.

Poor breakfast. The fridge in the room didn't work. The ac doesn't turn on, the open window was the cooler or the room. The shower doesn't have a protection, so the bathroom floor remains wet after shower. The wifi connection is a nightmare. The room door is with an old key and difficult to close.

What was the highlight of LH Grand Hotel Hermitage

A cool retreat from busy Rome.

We had a lovely cool room in the midst of the summer heatwave in Rome. We enjoyed the spacious welcoming lounge, the helpful staff, and the tea and coffee station in the cafeteria, available even between breakfasts. We enjoyed Rebecca, the young woman at the front desk who helped us find a cell phone data source, the bus lines, and some great restaurants within walking distance. We also found the area around pleasant to walk in, with green spaces to retreat to after the busy days in the central city.

The 360 Bus back to the hotel was difficult to find at the Rome Termini -- so we ended up walking quite a distance. This hotel is not in central Rome, so we could not take breaks there in our days (though once there, we were glad to be in a quiet neighbourhood!) Also, beware that the bus tickets must be bought ahead at a local 'Tabac', and these are not open on a Sunday -- the day we arrived!

terrible staying

location is almost good but other things are terrible

staff was terrible. they didn’t even fix the shower door so it fell onto my legs and cut it. after cut my leg only they care is cleaning the room and make me check out for the next customers. there is no hot water there is no services, and casa for money to make it safe and hospitality.

Still a delightful stay

Food superb. Reception very helpful. Going to recommend a particular staff member. Hotel quaint.

Hard beds.cochroach in bathroom. Musty smell as u opened the door to the room. Noisy staff with keys opening somewhere and talking aloud. Coffee machine would help at breakfast,as staff seemed to be understaffed.

they didnt have water in the room the letter of the wall was crolling down the service was like you were someone from the street the hotel dosent deserve 4 stars, even 2 stars are to much for the hotel.
